Prior to that, as Senior Director at Omega Healthcare Management Services, Muthu was instrumental in optimizing RCM workflows, improving operational efficiency, and enhancing client satisfaction. His leadership at Atos as Director involved delivering end-to-end RCM solutions, while his tenure as General Manager of Operations at e4e healthcare strengthened his expertise in managing day-to-day operations, client communications, and training. At Solutions3X, Muthu leads operational strategy and execution, ensuring seamless and efficient Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) services. Her background spans both operational excellence and education, having served as a program coordinator and curriculum developer for HIM programs.

Shali has extensive industry experience with organizations like St. Joseph Healthcare, triOS College Business Technology Center, and Canadian Health Information Management Association. As Director of Health Information Management at Atos Syntel, Shali spearheaded medical coding operations for 300+ coders across locations with a keen eye for regulatory compliance, ensuring data security and privacy. At Solutions3X, Shali spearheads sales and business development efforts, leveraging her deep expertise in healthcare information management to drive strategic growth. Her leadership in forging strong partnerships and optimizing health information workflows positions Solutions3X as a trusted partner in tech-enabled solutions for our clients.

Mohammed (Sami) Samiullah brings around 20 years of diverse experience in Human Resources management across India and North America.

Sami is the co-founder at Solutions3X and also serves as the Chief Operating Officer, driving the company’s strategic vision and operational excellence. Prior to that, he managed HR functions for a US healthcare IT and BPO organization as the Head of Human Resources at Anthelio, successfully implementing systems and policies that supported talent retention, training, and development. His earlier roles included Manager of Talent Acquisition at Sutherland Healthcare Solutions and Sr. Manager of Human Resources at FHPL, where he was responsible for HR management across 24 locations in India and the Middle East. Sami’s expertise spans across cultural change management, senior-level recruitment, policy development, and building high-performance teams. His deep understanding of the healthcare and IT sectors, combined with his experience in building strong HR functions, makes him a valuable leader in driving Solutions3X’s HR strategies to foster a high-performance, employee-centric culture.

With 14 years of experience in Medical Coding Operations and Trainings, Raja has led large physician groups and multispecialty hospital engagements across diverse domains including ED Profee & Facility, Radiology, Pathology, Multi-Specialty Clinics, Outpatient & Inpatient E/M, Same-Day Surgery, IP-DRG, and Risk Adjustment (HCC).

Raja demonstrates client stewardship, and a strong focus on operational delivery excellence. His expertise includes end-to-end coding operations setup, transition management, QA frameworks, workflow optimization, RCA/CAPA development, and seamless client relationship management. Raja holds multiple industry recognized certifications CCS (AHIMA), COC (AAPC), RAC (AHIMA), and PMP which strengthen his capability in both technical and project management areas. His prior professional experience includes key roles at GeBBS, Aviacode, Anthelio, and e4e, where he contributed to large-scale transitions, quality transformations, and Center wide training initiatives.
